The Bridge


Steve Felix is frequently referred to as "The Ambassador" for the global commercial/institutional real estate industry. He travels extensively and participates in high-level conferences which include both investment managers and pension funds, endowments and foundations. He is the founder and a principal of "The Bridge", a real estate advisory and consulting firm that provides strategic advisory services to investment management firms and other service providers. He publishes a weekly blog here and is a popular moderator and facilitator at both industry and corporate events.

Steve is the co-chair of the membership committee of INREV, the European association of non-listed real estate vehicles and a member of PREA (Pension Real Estate Association). He holds the following industry designations: CRE, FRICS and is a Hoyt Fellow. In 2008, Steve was chosen to moderate the first annual "MIPIM Summit", a live TV show featuring a well-respected global panel and shown on Bloomberg TV. Steve is an advisor to REP, Real Capital Analytics and Real Estate Speed Networking. Steve was formerly Managing Director and Head of New Business Development for Institutional Real Estate, Inc.
